The Blue Ribbon Committee on Women in Apprenticeship was
established by the California Apprenticeship Council (CAC) To
address concerns over the lack of women in the construction trades.
The report presents the results of a survey of over 400 tradeswomen
in California. Based on the survey results the Report recommends
strategies to increase recruitment and retention of women in
apprenticeship.
