The Digital Bridge Academy is a highly innovative program designed explicitly to help accelerate the readiness of students who are “under-prepared” for college in any number of ways (including “at-risk” students, who make up sometimes over 90% of the student population). Amazingly, the Academy accomplishes its goals in only one semester! The DBA offers a carefully sequenced training program of academic support, instruction on how to grow in self-knowledge and self-discipline, work experience, and student support to prepare students for success in careers such as Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Management, Allied Health majors (Nursing, Radiology, Dental Hygiene, etc.,) lab technician careers (Biotechnology, Marine Science), Criminal Justice, Teaching, and other high-wage or high-demand fields.
