Antelope Valley College: GIS Program

Students can learn a full range of industry relevant competencies in the GIS program, which includes up-to-date computer labs with modern scanners, digitizing equipment, and Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) plotters and other specialized equipment. Classes are project-based, allowing students opportunities to work with real world data. All GIS courses are transferable to CSU and UC institutions.
